The property location offers privacy, but is still within proximity to everything. The hotel is clean, well run, safe and the staff — Alessandra, Papi, and Margaret, accommodated us, made us feel at home and made our trip memorable. We would come back any day! Thank you, guys!!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable!!

Lorenzo our host was very accommodating, welcomed us with coffee and cookies, drove us to restaurant and arranged for restaurant to bring us back. Good conversation using translation app. Nice property.

We visited Caserta for a Lucio Corsi concert and just would not have been able to make it back to Rome (where we were staying) the same night and needed a place to stay the night, which made our stay "minimal". We basically checked in, attended the concert, and then went back to the room just in order to sleep before returning back to Rome early the following morning. The host was very helpful and drove us to both the Belvedere, where the concert occurred, and the following morning to the train station. The room was very big and clean and equipped with a coffee maker. The bathroom was spacey and modern with good water pressure. The AC was a little shaky and difficult to understand. We didn't have the time to see/inspect the premises in detail but the building is surrounded by a nice and green garden and the neighbourhood seems very calm. Since we don't know Caserta it is hard for us to say whether this is a "good place to stay in Caserta" but it is a very clean and calm place with exceptionally good value and a very friendly and helpful host!

Breakfast wasn’t offered but there was water in the fridge. We liked the spacious and quiet apartment that we could walk to the train station in 10 minutes. It’s nice to have clothespins and a balcony to hang up laundry on a clothesline. Though we didn’t meet the host he was good at communicating and helped book a reservation at a busy pizzeria. The small elevator was a great feature to get to the 4th floor. The tile in the kitchen and bathroom is beautiful. The Internet worked great.

Beautiful apartment and a great owner. Parking is a super bonus. Inside apt is very comfortable modern nice and shik. Easy to get in. As always we arrived very very late and left noon next day at o explore Caserta Palace. The owner is very prompt forcibly as she left us stay an hours later than check in time, super nice and friendly. Wish we stayed longer and would return in a blink to same place if back. Thanks much
