The staff was very friendly. We were leaving at 5am for the airport and they kindly offered to bring us breakfast in the room the night before. They shared with us a lot of recommendations for restaurants and bars.

On one side the volcano, on the other - the endless sea and the coast of Naples. You need a car to get anywhere. Everything you need is in the room - clean towels, coffee, some snacks, you will never be hungry. Dear hosts)

The location was ideal, literally less than a 10 minute walk to the train station, the Vesuvio Express shuttle or Ercolano Scavi. It could not have been better. :) Both rooms were clean and spacious - good water pressure, plenty of hot water, a hair dryer, TV, delicious chocolate cookies, strong WiFi, very good room lighting etc. Within 5 minutes of contacting Raffaele he arrived with the keys and showed me the property. We agreed the time I would return the keys and Raffaele was right on time as promised. Raffaele is a warm host with a big smile who wants to ensure you are pleased. I was thrilled I picked this property.

The very kind reception at the B&B, the assistance with parking and the good advise for a nice restaurant. We slept very well and after a nice breakfast we had energy for our long trip home.

We did not expect such an amazing place for the money we paid. This makes you want to come back to the city and stay again. Inside the area is a park directly in the city and the room has 2 levels. Clean, cozy and quiet! All our recommendations. We stayed with two young kids.

The check in is automatized and impersonal, which I don't mind, it allows for arrival at any time. Parking was easy and nice, with private parking. The room was spacious, and was cleaned every day.

Villa Patrizia is ideally located near Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorento, and the Amalfi Coast, with a rail station close by. Stunning views, tasty Italian breakfast, covered parking, wonderful hosts, and the excellent La Smorfia restaurant nearby.
