Breakfast included in the price. The owner is very helpful and helped out whenever possible, pleasant to talk to. Very nice view from the terrace. Clean and nice furniture.

Maria, our host, was so helpful and available for us during our preparations to travel and the entire time during our stay. She was right there to assist us during the check in process which was both a great comfort and relief. We are very impressed with her availability and she made the check in process go smoothly. We had been traveling for a long time and it was so nice to be able to check in quickly and get much needed rest.

It was a wonderful spot just outside of Biella. Very authentic, romantic, well maintained and clean. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful.

Beautiful brand new property in a restored old factory. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The villa is part of a social enterprise with the local Community. It sits in 10 hectares of beautiful grounds with wonderful old trees everywhere. The room was modern with a great king size bed and lovely linens. The bathroom was fresh and clean and smelt great. The shower was great pressure and spacious cf to many places we've stayed in Italy. It was very quiet and the host made a reservation for dinner for us at a lovely nearby forest restaurant.
