The location, just 200m from the beach, with many restaurants and bars in the proximity. Clean and good size rooms with very nice view over the sea and the city. Friendly staff, covered parking.

Very clean, freshly renovated spacious apartment in a nice house. Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.

Very clean, cozy room. Excellent location, 3 minutes to the beach, 15 to Varazze train station. Breakfast is served in nearby cafe, fresh pastries, croissants and focaccia to choose from.

perfect location , short distance to the train station, the center and the sea. Very friendly staff, beautiful room and hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows and great breakfast. I highly recommend it .

Clean and cosy apartment. Good quality amenities and apartment finish. Floors and stairs are quiet even in dead silence. Fantastic location in the town, everything is near by. We parked the car and did not move it for entire 5 days stay. Apartment located on the3rd floor with stairs (no elevator yet -in progress) and I find it great, adding daily exercise to burn calories and stay strong. Easy access with key in the mobile app or access code.

Lovely host that made us feel right at home. A very comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast and secret path down to the water. I'd definitely stay again.
