The host was very friendly and showed as around town both during the day and the evening. He showed us some cool hidden spots by the beach and even did some small sparklers with us. Even though there was a language barrier we both used translation apps and I felt like we really got to know each other that way. It’s not the most “normal” stay and those looking for more of a hotel experience might not like it, but for those looking to have an adventure in Japan and to meet new people this place was perfect.
