The house had a lot of space in the room and kitchen area. Very clean home. Refrigerator was large enough for food and many drinks and the freezer was a plus to make drinks cold quicker. Bathroom was large and clean with an excellent washer but no dryer. Toilets on each floor . Bedrooms were great with extra futons. Air conditioning was excellent and cold and able to adjust temperature. Restaurants close by that you can dine-in and not very crowded. Very close to East Exit Sakuranomiya Train Station . Drink vending machine right outside the house and Lawson’s store very close by. My family and I had an excellent stay here.

The house was very clean, and very homely. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for our visit to Osaka and Kyoto. There are several metro stations near the property as well as convenience stores for our daily needs. We will sure try to book it again when we go back to Osaka. The owner responds promptly to enquiries and was very helpful with our needs, specially receiving our luggages which we had to get forwarded from our hotel in Tokyo. Overall, an excellent accommodation and would very much highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Osaka.

The location was in a fantastic part of Osaka, it is very easy to get to and getting around Osaka or Kyoto from here was a breeze. The staff were super friendly and extremely accommodating. They helped us order food for delivery and assisted us with shipping a box. The breakfast was amazing, we did the beef bowl one morning and the omurice the next morning. The on-site onsen/sauna was a full relaxation room, which just made it all the more inviting. The rooms were beautiful and we had a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and induction burner.
