Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Malindi

I really enjoyed staying at Baba Lao Beach Hotel. It is located directly at the beach, the food is very delicious and the staff is super welcoming and friendly. In the evening you can enjoy the bonfire at the beach. I hope to come back soon.

Really close to the beach. Good breakfast

Breakfast was great and had many options. The property was constantly being cleaned even though there were only a few guests while I was there. The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The ambience was perfect. The pool was always in working condition and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and ever smiling. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was very good. Security staff were doing their job, keeping all of us safe. All in all, a perfect vacation spot to relax your mind.

It was clean and specious. We loved the pool and the veranda!

Good will of the host and caretaker

What I liked about the property was it’s traditional indigenous materials used in the construction, a very tranquil setting with the necessary amenities like swimming pool and restaurant

The location was very close to the beach and there are actually two pools available in the vicinity... I also loved the lots of parking spots available and the comfort that comes from parking in a gated community with friendly security.

The fact that it is far from all the town noise worked perfectly for me. The house is exactly as shown—if anything, even more beautiful in person. The ambience is serene, and the quietness is truly amazing. The host, Ascar, is an incredible soul—always ready to assist and made our stay feel exceptionally homey. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the place a lot. We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast was nice, yummy food. The swimming pool is clean and deep. The place is very clean and quiet. The staff is great, cleaned our room every day. Damaris is a very kind owner. She allowed us to come earlier and leave later.
