All is perfect. Very nice and spacious room. Very nice decoration and style. Beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi, in a very quiet environment around, exceptionally comfortable mattress, close to the center.

We booked this place for a nights and extend our stayed for tow nights more. this please is really modern set-up for family. the staff explain us everything of the house from the door lock and house procedure. The pool is quite nice and kid pool made our children chill up. The kitchen with fully equipment that we can cook our owned food. The super market is about 10minute walk that we can buy staff and food there. Totally, we are really enjoy our stay at this villa. highly recommend this place.

This property is perfect in every way. The rooms are large, the staff is attentive and the food is excellent. This hotel staff will bend over bay to make sure you have whatever it is you need.

I honestly do recommend it if you like some rural vibe. It is basic - nothing fancy - but we enjoyed it very much and would be staying there next time.

Bun and family were wonderful hosts. It's a good spot to hear some nature and get out of the city. Bun use to be a Monk and happily shared some wisdom (and Cambodian history) which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Delicious food provided.

We had a really good time here, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The apartment is really beautiful and the bathtub was really nice to relax in and have cold baths which are truly necessary in the Siem Reap heat. The internet speed was surprisingly good even when four people were working at the same time. The location is great, really close by to everything! Also the laundry service was cheaper than the laundry places outside and it was well done too. The beds were extremely comfortable, slept like babies!
