Caroline and her staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This is truly a magical spot in the center of Siem Reap, close to everything, yet secluded. Caroline suggested and then organized amazing experiences for us from visiting the big temples to getting to know village life in Cambodia and going for a jungle bike ride looking for hidden temples. We left with amazing memories!

This hotel was perfect! We enjoyed everything, especially the open breakfast and the hotel's quiet location. The pool was lovely and clean, but unfortunately a bit too hot. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and had good air conditioning.

Very spacious! i love the surrounding area, there were many spots to explore however its a little far from pubstreet. the owner was very helpful and they provide all the necessities needed for us!

We had a very comfortable , The room was a great size. It was cleaned very well daily. The pool has a good water temperature and was clean. Hotel staff was very nice. Great breakfast. Very satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at Emerald Angkor Siem Reap. The hotel has been newly reopened, renovated, and rebranded, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well designed. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring Siem Reap. The location is convenient, with restaurants and attractions nearby. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, a great stay with excellent value. I would happily recommend it.

Well equipped room. Clean and well maintained, including the bathroom. Towels and clean room are made up every day. Free good speed Wi-Fi that allows you to connect several devices at the same time. Room service is fast and efficient. Very good location. The staff is friendly and efficient, taxis always leave.

Amazing staff, helpful and friendly and we were even upgraded to a bigger room.. Every meal we ate was amazing, with excellent health food options as well. Best breakfasts I've had in Cambodia.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Upon check in, we were initially assigned a room where the AC was not working properly, and the issue lasted for about an hour. However, thanks to bong the owner who was very kind, attentive, and helpful, we were promptly assisted and moved to alternative room. After the room change, everything went smoothly, and we had a comfortable stay. Although we only stayed for one night, we truly appreciated and hospitality provided by the team. We hope to stay here again in the future and would gladly recommend this property to others.
