This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

Cozy and comfortable apartment, feels like home. The bed is super comfy and everything you need is available in this apartment from a coffee machine, potable water, equipment, towels, wipes, detergent, you name it.. The host (Terry) was super helpful and she kindly offered us dinner, strawberries, and hot packs as it was very cold during our stay. We also faced a technical issue with the hot water for less than a day and she sorted it our promptly. I totally recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had questions or requests. The location is great: very close to 문정역 exit 1, with two convenience stores within one minute’s walk as well. It’s is very spacious for a Seoul accommodation. The kitchen was so clean, I wasn’t sure if it had even been used before! The kitchen was also incredibly well equipped with everything you’d need.

The apartment is cozy and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a drinking water filter and a great coffee machine. The landlord was very kind and allowed us to move in early in the morning (before check-in time). I'd be happy to come back.
