The apartment is located in an older building, but completely renovated and modern on the inside. It was very clean, cozy, and spacious inside — the photos are accurate. The bedroom mattress was also very comfortable. This is a great alternative to hotels in Karaganda. It’s also very centrally located and near several good cafes.

Friendly apartment owner, she is very patient even though I don't speak Russia. All the facility you need is well prepared, and it feels like at home. That is a safe neighborhood, and everyone is friendly. I definitely will stay here if I visit Karaganda next time.

Staff is very responsive, easy to contact, they speak Russian and English. Maxim was so kind, he even came to pick me up at the station because he was in a rush. I can’t say anything bad! The location is perfect for a couple or a solo stay. Very nice interiors, all is new, clean and definitely well designed. There are bed linen, soap, towels, and pans and pots if you wanna cook something. There’s a double bed, a sofa and Tv. And, all power outlets are in convenient places. Very recommended. Plus, in the city center.

This is a great little apartment for a trip to Karaganda. It's been very recently renovated, it's very comfortable and is within walking distance of plenty of parks, cafes, and restaurants. Host was easy to contact and communication was straight forward, we'd be happy to stay here again.
