CanadaWe only liked some of the staff who tried to rectify all the things that went wrong!!! In general, We didn’t like this property! The property is located too far from town! No transfer to town available when we needed it! They rented us a motorcycle that was knowingly broken and we lost a whole day because of it. There was no food for us during the time we were stranded at their location and the person who “helped” us … constantly changed their words in regard to us getting a ride to town. We ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to town to escape this “resort” that felt more like a forlorn, cheesy, adventure park

Clean large room with good WIFI, shower and close to attractions, restaurants, mini mart and ATM. The room is bigger than indicated on Booking.com and this was appreciated. English is spoken by one of the staff members and both onward travel and tours can be arranged through the hotel. The hotel is located in an area that's quiet at night and has excellent views from the rooftop. The staff are very helpful, friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

The place was such a great find for the money and very centrally located. The staff always greeted me with a smile and were very accommodating with my room preference. They even did my laundry for free! I got a seventh floor room with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend staying at this spot on any floor!
