United StatesThis is a wonderful relaxing retreat if you are visiting Nosy Be. It's outside of the city so it's quiet and peaceful but you can easily get a tuktuk into town. The beach is just steps away. There's a complete kitchen with oil and salt and plenty of cutlery and dishes so you can make a meal. The breakfasts are delicious.The hosts are welcoming and multi -lingual Malagasy and French and some English, maybe others.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling – they really made us feel at home. But the absolute highlight was the food: honestly the best meals we had during the entire trip! Fresh, delicious, and full of flavour every single day.
The lodge itself is set in a beautiful, peaceful environment with a lovely garden and a great swimming pool – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Special mention to the owner who is wonderful: warm, attentive and clearly passionate about making every guest’s stay special.
If you’re visiting Nosy Be (or anywhere nearby), don’t think twice – stay at Anki Lodge. We can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

South AfricaA great great great thank you to Jolie, Gerard, Pierrot, Helen, Chris, Frédéric and all the staff for the amazing family like time I spent there. They treated me like family and I really enjoyed it. They provide a boat and car ride for you for transfers to and from Hell-ville. I really liked the Lokobe Reserve. The rooms are great and spacious, lemurs come up to your bedroom door. Great mini hike to a tide beach, that appears or is submerged depending on sea level. Very very good for families and very safe for solo female Travellers.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is serene, situated right in front of the beach, offering a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The infrastructure is beautiful, featuring a wonderful pool and spacious rooms, perfect for those with bigger luggage.
The owners were incredibly accessible and always ready with helpful advice, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the food was excellent and trustworthy in quality, making dining a pleasure.

Location is great on the beach, the facility is modern and clean and the gardens well kept. Pascal and Eric were great hosts, they assisted in organizing all the outings we wanted to do in the area with their local contacts. When asked about vegetarian options on their menu, the kitchen made up a special menu for us for our stay.
