Lovely hotel, staff and location.

Nice family property with owners on site looking after customers, having convesations and giving winery tour. There is spacious parking space and decent size rooms. Looking forward to be back in the future.

Great hospitality, location is fatastic..Its pet friendly so i came with my two dogs . They use also vegan products for the bathroom which is amazing .

The staff! Very friendly and always there to help, they even made us breakfast after breakfast time. The location is perfect, in the heart of Bitola. There is a parking near and it only costs 0,50€ for the whole day! Would definitely recommend it! 10/10

Excellent Stay I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was brand new, spotless, and had a modern feel with high-quality finishes. The amenities were excellent and added so much convenience and comfort during my stay. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!! As noted many times before, Mirko is indeed a LEGEND - and Villa Serz is totally awesome too! Supremely comfortable, (slept like a baby!) - without doubt the highlight of our various accomodations in this wonderfully welcoming country! The stone and woodwork is beautiful, we loved the variety of lighting options! A little cooler than expected for the time of year when we were here - no problem, super toasty warm throughout!
