Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Mġarr

It's a cute place in a bigger complex. At the time of our visit, the complex seemed somewhat empty, which I would consider a plus. We managed to rest and have a great base to explore the island.

Overall our stay was good - the pool is very clean and spacious, the quiet location, and the facilities are good. We found all we need to cook as the kitchen is fully equipped.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the owners, who are very lovely and friendly people. We traveled with our dog, who was also greeted very warmly. Rest assured, your pet is welcome here. They showed us around the property and even left us a little welcome basket full of goodies! They made sure that we know that they will be available to us, in case we need something or have any sort of questions. They also told us a bit about the area and where to find things, which came in very handy. Now, about the house. It is beyond lovely. I cannot say enough nice things! Very spacious, homey, and comfortable. The decor is chef's kiss. It has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a loft that serves as another bedroom. We were only two people, so we didn't really use all that space, but this place is more than large enough to sleep at least 6 people. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite. The kitchen has everything you could ever possibly need. Kettle, cafetiere, cutlery, oven, cooker, a stocked fridge and freezer, pots, pans, barbecue utensils, and so on. I mean, you name it, it's there. The location is great. Very close to the Gozo channel ferry. The village center is less than a 5 minute walk away, where you can find the church, bars, restaurants, and so on. Also, there is a well stocked supermarket literally just three doors down from the place. What more could you want? Now lastly, I want to take a moment to talk about my very favorite thing about the house, which is the garden. It is a little slice of heaven. Our dog just enjoyed the living daylights out of that garden! Plenty of room to run around and play with our doggie. There is also a deck, a brick barbecue, and a wooden table and bench. You can enjoy coffee outside every morning, and a barbecue in the evening. It is just perfect. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, there is a herb garden, which the hosts encourage the guests to make use of. Imagine! Fresh herbs on every meal if you wish.

Our 3-night stay at Geligiz Farmhouse with family and friends was such a lovely slice of Gozo life — the private pool and outdoor space were perfect for chilling together, and the peaceful village setting added such a relaxed holiday feel

Everything was great ! I was offered a self check in or personal check in. I opted for a personal check in. The host was very attentive, giving me lots of advise for the area and even arranging a discount at a very good restaurant. The Studio was perfect, it had everything I needed, very comfortable. I was worried I would be sharing a kitchen but the studio had its own kitchen with hob, grill and microwave.

A lovely apartment close to all amenities. The apartment is spacious and modern, it is also fully equipped with everything. Upon arrival the apartment was spotless. The host, Thomas is a true gentleman and very welcoming and friendly. We also appreciated that he kept checking whether we needed anything and if everything was ok.

Village of Nadur is very charming quiet part of Gozo. Less than 10 min walk to downtown where a couple of restaurants are. Also there is a grocery store right next to this property. The house was huge, charming and private pool was such a plus. It was a contactless check in/out but so easy to make contacts to an owner (James) If I needed anything. It was lovely to wake up in the morning with birds chirping.
