Everything, truly everything was perfect we had an amazing time.

Very spacious rooms, huge refrigerator great location, a few blocks from the Sea front promenade.; friendly reception staff.. will go back

This hotel is perfect for families with children-definitely recommended! The pool area is wonderful, beach is fantastic-we snorkeled every day and the breakfast is incredible-lot of choices of delicious Mexican food, I also loved the omelet station:) The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful:) Cant wait to come back❤️

It was a big villa with comfortable rooms.

Authentic Mexican charm. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building was beautiful with open lobby, lush plants, swimming pool and Mexican decor. It is 3 short blocks to the Mega Soriano store and the main street in front of the ocean. We found wonderful restaurants within walking distance (less than 5 blocks) away. It was nice to be in a unique small hotel with welcoming staff.

Staff went the extra mile! Free breakfast was a nice surprise although I am not sure it is always provided. (We were there for a special city-wide event.)

Absolutely beautiful!! Friendly staff and it was nice to have the ability to come and go independently but also have a secure place. Room was very spacious and comfortable and culturally decorated.

Clean hot water good WiFi and the hotel locate in the centro of Cozumel and around 20 meter from the ocean.

The staff, the Beach, the food , tequilas all was more than good !!

The attention was excellent, everyone was really kind and helpful. The hotel is really nice David and Faustino helped us in our arrival and were great.

Wonderful location except for the dinner menu. The restaurant just switched from an incredible international menu to a poorly made Italian menu. Breakfast and lunch are great. For dinners, walk across the street to The Lobster House.

Your Hostess Emma is above and beyond one of the most courteous kind people that makes extra sure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. I've been a lot of places but Cozumel 568 seems more like home away from home than any other place I've been.

Loved my week stay here! Be diving and the staff are the best!! Stayed in the female dorm and the room is spacious with only 3 beds with private bathroom. grear common area and clean kitchen with free coffee in the morning. Perfect location!!! Great place to meet people :)

The staff were excellent and are constantly looking for ways to improve the hostel. They have a strong vision in mind for how the hostel should evolve. They were also great fun to dive with!

The pool access is great for a rain/windy day and you are in the middle between the north where the city center is and to the south you have a goods snorkeling
