United StatesEverything. Cozy room feel, room view, comfortable bed, great shower, closet space and clean. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the lounge warm and comfortable with a great view. It snowed lightly that night and morning which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was a delicious variety of food. The staff was warm and welcoming.

Great location on a lake half way between Oslo and Bergen. All rooms face the lake and their diner served a good dinner and breakfast.

We stayed at this property for 1 night in mid-May. It is virtually in the middle of nowhere. Very scenic location by a frozen lake and beautiful snow covered landscapes to view.
The view from the room, the main sitting area and the dining area were simply gorgeous.
Very good food for dinner. And breakfast was ample with lots of local variety, and choice.
