Exceptional customer service, possibly the best I've seen in Latin America. The little continental breakfast you can get served in your room - with cream for coffee, juice, bread and butter, jelly - was a nice little touch. It's very basic, we supplemented with boiled eggs and cream cheese from off the street. Very cozy and very central hotel.

It was so clean, also the staff behave amazingly, the coziest stay I’ve ever had, i also arrived early before the check in and they still let me in to my room, and the breakfast came exactly at the hour i asked for it to come and it was pretty good. The room was was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the bed since it had a comparatively hard mattress. The staff was also very friendly and allowed us to leave our baggage at the reception on our last day until our bus left in the afternoon.
