Quiet, Clean, Good Value. Easy access to SM mall though pathway is about 20 meters of narrow step stone brick path between shack and fence (typical for the PI and only for the able bodied). Room opens to a hallway so minimal natural light. Hotel is located on a back dead end street so absolutely no traffic noise. Room is clean, bedding is excellent. Cold air conditioning. Good refrigerator.

As a frequent traveler, I value comfort, safety, and convenience and this transient delivered on all three. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the area felt secure throughout my stay. The space was clean and well-maintained, providing a hassle-free and comfortable experience. Definitely a reliable choice I would recommend.

The house was complete with stated amenities. Both rooms are clean. The hosts is very approachable and clear with the instructions.

The host was very approachable. The care taker is always there to help you when ever you feel lost in the area. Ready to help and very accommodating.

The location is great. Not too noisy and it was secure in the neighborhood, with stores and the main road close by. Owners were really responsive and accommodating to our requests. Able to work while relaxing here. It was very clean and tidy overall. Definitely gonna be coming back.
