The location! Txaleta is perched up above the eastern coastline of the island. There are beautiful sea views all day, long starting with spectacular sunrises.

I recently stayed at this mountain resort and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure every detail of my stay was smooth. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed. The resort's ambiance was exeptional. Surrounded by nature, it offered a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Whether it was enjoying the mountain air, the lush greenery, or simply soaking at the pool in the peaceful environment, every moment was lovely. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature. It’s a gem I would gladly visit again! Such amazing and welcoming people, beach front, reasonably priced for the island and for location (you can see White Island from the beach), overall a great stay :). I think the property will be even better when finished! Great option for solo travellers

Where to start? I liked everything... This resort is absolutely amazing and Jerome the host is really caring about his guests (every evening he drove us to a restaurant for dinner and picked us up again). The resort is quiet and relaxed, huge space in the villas, very comfortable and beautiful designed, beds are comfortable, bathroom with rainshower, refrigerator in the room, fast wifi (Starlink!), laptop safe. Breakfast is served in the lounge area of your villa or if you prefer, in the shadow under the palm trees on the beach. Jerome will give you a small cellphone during check in with his number in the contact list, so whenever you need something, just give him a call. If you like to explore the island, Andrew is a great guide and driver to show you around, Really recommend snorkeling at the sunken cemetery, a boat trip to white island and of course scuba diving or snorkeling at Mantigue island. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed - thank you!

Quiet. Isolated. Beey ideal place if you like birding, for Camiguin-endemic birds.

i like how the staffs were so accommodating, they welcomed us warmly and even helped us find the cookingwares which are provided by them and they also allowed us to use the kitchen, the bathroom was so huge, so far it was the best experience.

Everything at this stay was perfect, the room is very spacious and comfortable , all well decorated and with a nice pool to refresh after a day at the beach. It also offers scooter for 350 pesos per day which for us was very convenient. It is run by Domenico who is a very kind person, all the time helping us and asking us if everything was ok. The day of our arrival he accompanied us to the laundry and helped us to book transportation to the Port on our last day, all in all it is definitely a great palace to stay when you are visiting Camiguin and I would recommend to anyone.

Incredible place. Everything is immaculate. Not just the room, but the outdoors as well is spotlessly clean, by far the cleanest place I've stayed at during my 5 months in the country. It's not very often rooms have clean mirrors, but here they were sparkling clean. Don't get put off by the seemingly boring 'highway location'. The very modern and almost new rooms are out on the back. Each of them has a private patio with a proper western size table and chairs. DS as well. The spacious room came with a good Aircon, a fridge, a kettle and a bed lamp, in addition to a huge amount of electric outlets, even outside on the patio. Excellent lighting. The bathroom was also spacious, and came with a divider by the shower. Hot shower, toilet paper and toiletries. The WiFi is very good. Excellent location near the port for the ferries to Bohol. It's very fast and cheap to get to and from town with the frequent Motorelas. I'm a budget traveller so with cheap, I mean cheap. I don't drive a motorbike, so if I knew this place was as nice as it was, and that the transport from here was so easy, then I would have stayed here for my entire week, instead of jumping around to different hotels.

Amazing place with beautiful sunset

The bungalow was spacious and quiet. Paco's is a short ride out of town in a tranquil neighborhood. The room was very large with everything we needed in order to cook. We were also given a large water cooler upon check in. The shower got quite hot and the bathroom was fairly large. The staff were very friendly and always available to help. They were able to get our laundry done in a reasonable amount of time. A motorbike was available to us at check in, which was great to pop into town for dinner after the long ferry. Paco even picked us up from the ferry and told us about some good spots around the island to visit.
