Great hotel right in the heart of Santa Fe. This place is great. The room was spacious and very clean. Had all amenities you could want minus a refrigerator (towel, air conditioning, toiletries). The bed is super comfy and the bathroom and shower are great. You normally don't get good water pressure and hot water in the Philippines but his place has both. The hosts are very kind and can help you book anything you want to do. The also cook a great breakfast served at the time you choose each morning. The hotel is also located in a great spot, just a 2-3 minutes from tons of really great bars and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from Kota Beach. The weather was pretty bad for 2 of the days we were in town and this room was such a treat to have to spend extra time in. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Location: Very peaceful with easy access to the sea. The main town is easily reachable if you rent a motorbike. Staff: The caretakers were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. They even gave us a ride to town during checkout, which we really appreciated. Facilities & Cleanliness: The room was very clean, new, and spacious. We were also allowed to use the common kitchen, which was very convenient. Comfort & WiFi: Fast and reliable WiFi—I was able to work online without any issues. The room had a terrace with a beautiful ocean view, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall: Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable stay with great hospitality.

There is an excellent gym and a gorgeous beach, both a few minutes walk away.

Wonderful host! Friendly, informative, incredible hospitality, made us mango smoothies, Italian espressos, had steak dinner together, told us about great sights to see. Best experience we could possibly hope for.

The property is new and the room is spacious. a bathtub is a plus since the property is distant from the beach area and has no pool. Place is quiet and peaceful, and an absolute venue to relax, away from any noise. The caretaker is approachable and helpful.

good thing is they have free breakfast and staffs are accomodating too.

What I liked about the property is that it’s right on the beachfront — and the beach is just wow! It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the restaurants, cafes, and bars. We were also able to check in early upon request, which was a big plus. The staff were very approachable and professional. The room was clean and spacious, and both the bed and the AC were super comfy! Definitely great value for the money. We’d love to come back!
