Savvy's Place is well set up for walking distance from the cultural center of Ponce and having secure private parking is really nice. Communication was super smooth including sorting out a problem where someone had occupied the parking spot and between the interior fans, spacious balcony, the well appointed kitchen and the comfy high beds we really couldn't ask for anything more. Mosquito magnets may want to be aware that the windows do have slightly gappy screens but this can be solved with a bit of repellent around dusk and dawn.

Everything I won't change anything there. Location, accessibility, the customer service everytime I had a questions they were always there. Especially Jose who help us so much. I would like when we come back next year to have the same place to stay

Returning visit, this time as a group. Everyone enjoyed the great service from the staff, the upgraded large-screen TVs, and good wifi throughout the facility. This is a great location in the historical center of Ponce, close to restaurants and attractions. We are looking forward to returning.

I arrived at the hotel alone and the staff made the check in process very smooth, friendly professional Outstanding Staff/service. The hotel and my room was outstanding in cleanliness, customer service. they were very caring to making sure the service was as expected and they went above and beyond.

The location was perfect! 3 minutes to the highway, 10 minutes to Ponce Hilton, 7 minutes to Plaza del Caribe Mall. Excellent communication to solve problems immediately. We had a power issue and in a couple of minutes Armando fixed everything. The apartment was well equipped and the beds are super comfortable.
