The hosts are very friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The location is amazing and we enjoyed drinking our coffee and relaxing on the balcony. As Dragan said, their place has a million dollar view over the Danube. It would be very difficult to stay here without having a car, but that's also part of its charm. Vila Heldona is a short drive - but a long walk - from Donji Milanovac on a narrow road that cuts uphill off of the main road (34). The Vila is tranquil, well-equipped, and set up to sit outside and relax into the view. It's also easy to get to activities from here (e.g., Danube boat tours, hikes, restaurants, etc.). We enjoyed our stay.
