The location is spectacular and our rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view from the room is mesmerizing. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive. The chef provided the most delicious menus we’ve had in Rwanda. Excellent meals!

This place my friend is the best. So I went there looking for calm place, no loud noises where someone can stay to relax and enjoy the views of Lake kivu. The place is clean, staff are respectful, and respect people's privacy so breakfast is served If you are a shy person you won't have problems enjoying yourself there cz you won't be seeing any people while eating just you and your partner. So briefly the place is amazing and we were on cloud nine when we were there but so sad when our stay cation ended

Simply the best. We loved the modern fresh architecture. Stunning views from beautiful rooms with air conditioning and lovely linens. If you like to swim, the lake water is beautiful and the pool is lovely. Kayaks are new and nice. We went out with the local fisherman one night which the hotel arranged and it was so interesting and fun. Lovely area to walk outside the property. Wonderful meals prepared and served when requested with grace and style. The entire staff, without exception, is friendly, helpful and attentive. Simply the best!
