This place my friend is the best. So I went there looking for calm place, no loud noises where someone can stay to relax and enjoy the views of Lake kivu. The place is clean, staff are respectful, and respect people's privacy so breakfast is served If you are a shy person you won't have problems enjoying yourself there cz you won't be seeing any people while eating just you and your partner. So briefly the place is amazing and we were on cloud nine when we were there but so sad when our stay cation ended

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I made a reservation and even contacted them on the 3rd to confirm my check-in on the 4th. They sent me an email confirming my booking, so I expected everything to be ready. However, when I arrived on the night of the 4th, they told me that I had no reservation at all. To make it worse, I later found out that they had already given the same apartment to other people. This is completely unprofessional and shows very poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their communication is unreliable, and they do not respect confirmed bookings.
