Location is incredible. Facilities are okay. Pool is definitely a plus.

I really liked the breakfast it was a nice meal eggs plátanos and beans. The workers were really nice.

Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good and served in such a nice outdoor set-up! Lots of good restaurants at walking distance. It is not close to the historic centre but it is reachable by bus or easy uber ride.

Do not expect a fancy room, this is a simple, basic stay but everything was comfortable, from the bed to the washroom to the air conditioning. The location is very central, with many plazas just steps away. My favorite part of the stay was the hospitality I received from Edgar. No matter how much I say about him, it still wouldn’t be enough. He coordinated with me even before I landed, arranged my airport taxi seamlessly, and stayed in touch with me throughout my stay via WhatsApp. Since I don’t speak Spanish, having him available whenever I needed help made a huge difference. Sometimes it’s not a luxurious stay that makes an experience memorable, it’s the hospitality that truly sets it apart.

Beautiful garden setting, clean comfortable rooms, hot water showers, great breakfast and location.

I loved the attention from the property manger the breakfast was excellent and delicious. Also the house was very close to places and easy to get uners and taxis. If we needed anything for the room like towels we will get them right away. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends

We had a wonderful stay at Kartagus Centric Hotel. The property was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it easy to get around the city. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the welcoming staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Salvador!

Private parking and staff was amazing

Reservation was for my disabled mother who utilizes a wheelchair and it hard of hearing. She sais she had the best staff, always helpful even when getting in her Uber when the driver didnt want to help with her wheelchair. I really felt they took care of her and we will be going back in the future. The food was great too and the prices. The room was clean and comfortable. later my aunt joined and was able to share the room with my mom for a reasonable fee. We are definitely going back.

The host is attentive and communicates well. Some small issues, but he took care of them 100%
