The location is perfect. A short walk from the ferry terminal, the room gave me a fabulous view of the busy port.

Nothing mis sold wrong like 3 other couples all charges for same suite

The owners were very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the free pick-up and drop-off—thank you so much (I believe it was the dad who drove us). The daughter was always easy to reach on the phone whenever we had questions, and the mom was so sweet, always offering us coffee during our 2-night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our budget. We also found the motorcycle rental super convenient and definitely worth it for getting around the island.

Location and being on the water

I like that we could have our small pet with us and the fan is very convenient with the remote.

The staff are really friendly, room no. 44 is a good option if you don't mind walking up to 4floor. Just a few minutes to the beach and 7-11. Right next to the mini mart and small food market.

The owner was very attentive and the maid was very helpful.

Quite location not far from night life. Private access to beach 5 min from villa. Pool was big enough and deep. Nice and relaxing definitely my go to place in pattaya.
