The room was modern, well maintained, and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and facilities such as the pool and gym were a great bonus. The location is convenient, with 7-Eleven, shops, and restaurants nearby. Overall, excellent comfort and great value for money.

House Of Pattaya is honestly a great little budget spot—super convenient location, really friendly staff, and good value if you just want a simple, comfortable place to stay near the action.

Three nights stay by the end of January. Offered an upgrade to an upper stair suite with pool view through palm trees. Quiet among a forest of trees. Comfortable bed, spacious room and nice balcony overlooking the pool. Pool is kept clean and never crowded. Right on Dongtan beach in a quieter area not swarmed by bars, shops and restaurants. Relatively less road traffic without the route of songtheows which commute to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Front desk staff especially the manager very helpful and courteous. Included buffet breakfast is sumptuous. French bakery with ice cream and a restaurant also at the front. We rented the beach chairs with shady umbrellas across right on the beach for two days. Ordered drinks and lunch there. Also had a massage on the beach. Very nice sunset. Had dinner at the restaurant. Nice food with quiet relaxing atmosphere. Complimentary ride to the bus terminal nearby to catch a/c bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport .

The location is convenient, but my overall experience was very stressful. I initially tried three different rooms, and in all of them the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The rooms remained hot, and there was a strong unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to breathe. The shower was also not working at first. When I reported these issues, the owner was rude and unprofessional, and the situation became very uncomfortable. . However, the initial experience and the way the situation was handled were very disappointing. I also noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding AC problems, bad smells, and difficulties with refunds. I would recommend checking recent reviews carefully before booking

Quite location not far from night life. Private access to beach 5 min from villa. Pool was big enough and deep. Nice and relaxing definitely my go to place in pattaya.

The staff are really friendly, room no. 44 is a good option if you don't mind walking up to 4floor. Just a few minutes to the beach and 7-11. Right next to the mini mart and small food market.

Excellent response time for minor issue. Messaged the property about a small leak. Within 3 minutes received a message stating maintenance would take a look. Within 5 minutes maintenance was on site and the part was replaced within 10 minutes after that!!!!
