The coziness and easy check in and out process

We had a very pleasant stay. The cabin was comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we needed for our time in Fairbanks. The check-in instructions were clear, and communication with the host was smooth and helpful. We appreciated the simple, cozy setup and would be happy to stay here again.

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. There was a bit of a tough slope leaving the cabin, which my non-4-wheel drive vehicle had trouble with, but the hosts let me park up top and that eliminated any problems for me. The farm fresh eggs straight from their coop were fantastic! Fresh apples and a charming room made my stay wonderful. It was such a warm cozy stay!!!

The house is very clean, there are no odors or musty smell. The beds, sheets, bedding were clean and comfortable. No odors. The plumbing throughout the house worked well and there always was adequate hot water for 8 adults. The kitchen has very up-to-date appliances which was very easy to use/cook our own meals. The heating of the house worked very well. There is a tv in each room (which we did not try to use except in the living room). There is a fireplace but we did not use it. Our family of 8 adults and one baby had a wonderful time in Fairbanks. Plenty of towels are provided.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean And great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

The receptionist Tatiana was so kind!

The hotel looks brand new or newly renovated. Modern facilities, guest laundry and a nice breakfast. The bed was super comfy! Free parking was great. Staff were very helpful, especially the lovely receptionist with the reddish hair. when I asked if they did aurora wake up calls, even though it’s not something they do, they said they would! Very kind!

Quiet, well appointed suite. Love the honor system shoppette, the gym, and free coffee. Comfy bed. Loved everything about this place.
