Wonderful place. Pristine condition, great redwoods, peaceful.

We absolutely loved this place. I saw some of the complaints in other reviews and honestly, I had to roll my eyes. If you're expecting a luxury retreat where everything is done for you, this isn’t it. But if you’re laid-back, love your dogs, and want a spacious spot that feels more like staying at a friend’s house than a rental, you’ll love it here. The house is incredibly dog friendly, with a doggy door, a full kitchen, comfy beds, Chromecast, DVDs, and puzzles. Our dogs were in heaven. It has everything you need and more. The water takes a few seconds to heat up, but come on—it’s a big place. That’s just normal. I strongly recommend it

It was easy to find, charming and close to so many things to do! We really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub after being out all day, as well.

The staff and fellow guests were all so friendly and welcoming. The owner Glenn invited me to join him and others for the Valentine’s Day dinner. My room was quiet and comfortable. The grounds are nice and I hope to return in warmer weather to make use of the pool. Conveniently located on a quiet street with easy walking distance to the stores on Main St. It was a short ride to Armstrong State Park and the majestic redwoods.

The place is amazing and quiet. Super clean and dog friendly. Danny went out of her way to make us feel like family and she was excellent! She made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make us fell me like home away from home while on vacation. Thank you Danny for everything! She was excellent in every thing we needed and she helped us recover a bag that we left behind. She is the best!

The breakfast included daily was TOP NOTCH! The attention to detail in the common areas as well as in our room were so appreciated - from the books, little reading nooks, teas and coffee daily and multiple seated areas, to the convenient s’mores and game night displays, to ear plugs and makeup wipes included in your normal toiletry inclusions, to an umbrella in the room closet, everything was so well-thought of, it felt like a home away from home. The place has been restored beautifully with updated amenities and decor! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! What a special, special vacay we had:)

The Cottages and grounds are beautiful....very comfortable. Location is excellent, 25 minutes to Sonoma Coast Park ( Kortum Trail is an incredible, easy hike along the Coast ), 25 minutes to Healdsburg, 10 minutes to Armstrong Redwoods. Guernville is a cute, authentic old California small town

Loved the house, furnishings and art. The bed and bedding were perfect. Most importantly, the owners were warm and gracious. My daughter and I will return.

Nicely clean and located. Kitchen was equipped with a lot of stuff. Fully fenced yard, which was really good for our dogs.
