Property was convenient to ferry where I arrived and close to medical facility I needed to visit during trip. Staff is amazing from desk to restaurant staff and shuttle staff.

The hotel provided a free ride service to the center of town and other locations which was very helpful in our opinion. Also, the hotel’s location right next door to a reasonably priced grocery store was very convenient. This was our first time in Alaska, and we hope to travel to see other sites in the state in the near future!

Very practical for the airport. The free shuttle service was great. Room very spacious and comfortable. Good bar and breakfast. I really liked the location. Downtown Ketchikan is Ghost town once the cruise ships leave, no point staying there.
