Clean hot breakfast amazing bed

Convenient location, incredible customer service - every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, respectful and seemed to really enjoy their job. The room was exceptional and transportation to/from hotel/parking was on point.

I was definitely impressed by the hospitality that me and my family received at our stay! The rooms were really nice, the breakfast and kickback was great! A special thank you to Nicole and Kenneth that’s employed there! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! Thank you so much! I will be back!

The room was very clean, the only thing was that the bed was too soft; when you lay down, it would in and create a hole.

Like the bar that was attached. Great food and drinks. Very convenient. Bed was super comfy.

The whole vibe. The rooms were beautiful. The food and drink are delicious and reasonably priced. There are so many areas in the lobby to just hang out.

Rooms were very, very spacious! Hotel was easily accessible and in a great area, girl parking was very convenient, staff were wonderful, breakfast included a lot of options. We'll absolutely be back!

It was a pleasure. The host was pleasant and helpful. The space was clean, fresh, comfortable and STYLISH, love the design. It was fully stocked with all the essentials. And, the shower and shower head, is a 10. The lighting, also a 10. I would highly recommend 631 W. Bruce Street Upper.

Great place to stay, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, everything was amazing. Also they have a big parking lot, it’s a huge plus.

It’s dog friendly. Being retired we like to take our fur baby with us when we travel. There is a really nice trail that follows the river that is a wonderful place to walk and relax. The indoor pool was great. Our granddaughters came over for a swim and loved playing in the water in December. The hotel is quiet, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was varied and quite good.. We will definitely return. It is a good value stay
