Bright, colorful, and cheerful home. Awesome location on a quiet street, but short walk to restaurants and shops in downtown area. Host/property manager is very nice. We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving holiday.

The attention to detail that made the stay comfortable & convenient. The beds were comfortable. Individual air conditioning /heating in each room, toiletries provided if you forgot anything, coffee & tea. Great location!

It was warm and cozy as name suggests. The added bonus of seeing a nice German shepherd was wonderful. Bristol was a sweet pupper.

Parking: Convenient and ample. Location: Close to the village, which made our day even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth from start to finish, making this one of our Top 5 hotels in the U.S. We will definitely return and continue to recommend HYATT Place Mystic to colleagues and friends.

Very clean, attractive, comfortable accommodations, nice breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Mystic Village, courteous staff. Very reasonable rate for New Years Eve. Only drawback is that you have to drive 2-3 miles to the center of Mystic, and parking in town can be a problem when Mystic is crowded in the summer; you may have to park several blocks away from Main Street . However we had no problem parking during this stay .

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice, loved being on the first floor. Access to the parking lot was easy. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was very good.

What an interesting and comfortable place to stay! Fascinating history, abundant antiques, knowledgeable and generous host and excellent breakfasts!

I loved the location and the seated area in the lawn overlooking the water. I also loved that kayaks and bikes were available even though we didn't get to use them. The cottage was sooo cute with absolutely everything we needed. Gerard was so attentive as well. Great time all the way around!
