Clean, friendly and good price.

Jose was the most memorable during our stay there. He was super-friendly and very attentive to our needs. There was once when our microwave stopped working, and he immediately replaced it with a brand new one. As the senior maintenance man there, we really appreciated his kindness and hope others will follow his lead.

The interior was modern and exceptionally clean.

The area was close to all the shopping centers that I needed the staff here was very friendly and helpful

The breakfast at Courtyard Marriott in Plano was a delightful start to the day. The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, the bagel perfectly toasted, and the coffee rich and aromatic. A satisfying meal in a cozy setting, making mornings feel just a little more special

Cleanliness, late checkout time, and friendly staff

It’s new and the location is very good, you avoid downtown traffic chaos.

Excellent Expectational Super Marvellous. The location is very convenient, and the breakfast is really good especially the CROSSIANT which was served FRESH & FRESHLY BAKED, and the staff is very humble and decent. All I have to say is Fabolous experience. The King Suite is very spacious and very neat and tidy. The house keeping is also very excellent in their job. The facilities provided like GYM, Swimming Pool, Basketball court are really good. The reception staff is excellent.

This is one place I would love to visit over and over again because of the neatness and the great staffs.

It was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was normal for a continental breakfast waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, apples. It was 5 minutes from the hospital our friend was at. The area was safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only negative was someone was running in the hallway at 2 AM talking very loudly. Not the hotels fault just rude inconsiderate guests. We would for sure stay again.

The staff were just amazing from the overnight workers all the way up to the hotel manager. This truly is a home away from home they make you feel like family,from Manager Nicole (Mom) who runs a very tight household. I have been so blessed meeting these kind people,I spend a lot of time in hotels and the ones in Plano Texas just don't have hospitality down yet,but extended stay America goes above and beyond for their family.
