Everything it was a super location and a very clean and nice hotel

Great staff, facilitated an early check-in easily. Room was clean and fresh, well appointed and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Will stay here again next time I’m in San Jose

The grounds! There were trees everywhere! I could open my window and see leaves! It felt so nice.

I like how clean, comfortable the room is. The receptionist Priscilla is very nice and friendly, totally a big welcome at the beginning. Room is set up on the Tv Screen Hello Chau, that's another good point and cool things which my kids mentioned it to me. Bathroom is nice,clean, water came out very good. Bed and pillows are just perfect for me. I normally don't sleep well at the hotel,but this one i had a great night.

Its one of the best locations in downtown san jose. Close to everything. Solid bar too.

Since they did not have the room, I booked they gave me free parking. I was there for a work conference, and they let me leave my car there while I went to another hotel for the conference.

Great location, right across the street from Sam Jose civic center. Hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest. The valet guy was super cool an helpful, told us some great places to eat. Also the bar tender was hustling to grab everyone’s drink orders. Room was very very clean, great view of the christmas carnival going on at the park across the street. When we visit again we are definitely staying here.

The Beds are comfortable,desk Staff friendly and helpful. The dog walk path was a great addition.

Clean, comfortable especially the bed and pillows are down. Staff was warm and and nice. Highly recommend!
