receptionist was very good . when my key wouldn"t work she was very helpful .

Our room was spacious and clean, very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly pool and hot tub were amazing.

The price was great. The rooms were clean. There were some imperfections like holes in the drywall, but they were very clean and cozy. The bed was one of the most I have found at any hotel. The pillows were a little soft for me glad I brought mine from home.

The breakfast was excellent. They had everything. One of the best breakfasts I have had staying at a hotel.

Loved the location and quickness of check in and check out. Loved the balconies and the bed was ultra comfy

The three bedrooms were nice. The 2 bathrooms and 1 shower were good to have. Fenced back yard was a bonus.

Was good until the point someone knocked on the door asking if we were checking out, making us feel like we were holding up things and had to rush out. If check out isn’t 11 o’clock then don’t post it. Oatmeal at breakfast was cold and runny.

Great location, easy to find. It's very clean and comfortable. We've stayed here twice, and it will be our go-to each time we visit Springfield.
