New owners- ignore the bad reviews. Although the hotel is outdated and old (they’re renovating this winter) it was extremely clean and the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful.

The Quality Inn West Springfield hotel is conveniently located on Interstate 91, with easy access to the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) and all the Pioneer Valley attractions.
