Oh my god, this was amazing! The staff were incredible, the facilities were amazing, the location was an 8 min ride from the city center or 15 minute walk to the beach. Truly can't wait to return!

It was renovated, everything was brand new. There was a guy that worked the night shift, I didn’t catch his name, he was extremely welcoming, showed us where to go, where not to, how things worked in the city and always received us with a smile.

Clean, quiet, near enough to restaurants and extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices.

The family room is great. They are actually 2 rooms that are next to each other and share a common entrance. Both have microwave, small fridge and kettle. One has even a small living room with a desk and sofa bed.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive — they made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a beautiful view. The facilities are top-notch: modern gym, elegant lobby, and an excellent restaurant with delicious breakfast options. The location is ideal — safe, central, and connected to the shopping mall which made everything super convenient. It’s a true example of Hilton’s high standards.

Love Hyatt hotel in general. It has big gym, pool. The food at the deli and restaurant are delicious. The room is spacious and has view to the river!

We were on honeymoon and they gave us a little surprise that made us very happy. The hotel itself is spectacular.

i would like the comfort at the room, we won a upgrade of the room and it exceed our expectations.

Great staff, great view and super clean

I enjoyed my time here very much. Great local area of Montevideo, close to some wonderful cafes and beautiful gardens. Hosts are very nice and helpful. I also appreciated being able to set up my transfer to the airport with them.

Everything. But I would highlight the following 3: - attention from Gaby and Roberto - the beautiful house. Is an architectural jewel - the neighborhood of carrasco which is beautiful and has a lot of restaurants and cafes that are really good.
