The location is a good and hidden location with alot of refresh air

This place is wonderful. My family and I were having a short get together so the Lord chose this place for us because it is very quiet, safe and comfortable and peaceful. You can cook your own foods but utensils are provided. Electricity was on the entire time we were there. I can't tell the difference between solar or electricity because everything was working fine that we needed to use. It is very clean. And I don't know if the walls have sound proof or what but you cannot hear my family in the next room which is great. The beautiful flowers outside and the green gardens looking so natural and simply beautiful. There are house maids that come to clean up for you if you needed them. We already said that we will definitely be coming back to this house when we have another vacation in Zambia. There is even warm water to take shower baths imagine that!?Thank you so much Mr David Chansa and the team, and please thank the guy who went to the market for us and brought us delicious Mango drink which we could not find in ShopRite and he was off work to ask when we left so we could buy another one to bring back 😂. I could write more about this place and the price was very reasonable. Keep it up!

Good location and quiet place. It's within walking distance to shopping mall and eating places.

The breakfast was excellent with its wide variety, The staff was delightful and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Their recommended taxi driver for us was really nice, timely , patient and very familiar with his country and surroundings and kept us safe.

I've stayed here about 6 times and I think I will stay there again. The house was mordern, spacious and professionally decorated. There is a lot going for for Fallsway Villas. The location is perfect, near most amenities and Lusaka's best shopping mall, Eastpark. The property is one of several in a gated community with 24 hour security. The house itself was specious with 3 bedrooms and two lounges. There is a private swimming pool available but unfortunately water is always cold as it is not heated (heated pools are rare in Zambia). Zambia is currently going through severe powercuts lasting an average of 16 hours a day when there is no electricity. However, during our stay, Fallsway had power all the time. There is also free WIFI which actually works. I was able to catch up with work no problem.

Their service was great and they were always present when we needed assistance. the host even took us round the town as a complimentary and even took us where we could have their cuisine.

The environment was selene and peaceful. The staff were awesome 😎 Tina, Denis,Mangala,chef b and the manager. Their breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed full English breakfast. We ordered dinner atimes and the food was nice. The rooms are comfy, clean bedding, shower gel and shampoo provided. Clean towels and the toilet is clean.

The place was clean and the host was very responsive at all times when I needed assistance. The caretaker was very welcoming and helpful

The apartment is nice and clean. The staff was welcoming. I had a comfortable stay.
