The staff was great, really friendly and open to help, every night they have different activities for the guests. (Saludos a Manu) The rooms were good, comfy beds and the toilets were always clean. The hostel is about 25 min walking to the Jett bus station in Abdali, around 15-20 min to the Roman Theater and around 15 min to the Citadel, but if you prefer to take a taxi the prices from the hostel are good since it's near the center. I really enjoyed my time there:)

Pleasant stay, great breakfast and tea, nice common areas. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler. Loved riding jeep car in a front seat, meeting Miracle the camel and having my final lunch at the kitchen the most. Would recommend to ask for extra blanket in advance if you’re traveling during winter time. Hopefully I’ll be back there one day! P.S. ask for hiking recommendations nearby, you’d love it!

The staff was very easy and flexible to deal with, the cleanliness was excellent, I ordered coffee to my room and they didn't let me to pay for it. The rooms have a fairly good view, but what distinguishes my stay here is the ease of dealing with the staff and their wonderful attitude. I highly recommend it.

I booked it for a friend, the feedback was that,The staff are very professional and friendly, as soon as we confirmed the booking, we have received message with all the clarification on how to inter the hotel and the door codes, the staff are very responsive and nice to deal with, as for the room itself, it's very clean, very comfortable and have nothing to compline about, the food is amazing with variety of items and refreshing drinks, the location also is perfect to stay in, close to lots of other restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and pharmacy , and not more than 15 min walking to downtown
