Everything was excellent, a big 10, nice room with good shower, airco and bed. Everything really clean. really nice employees, nice swimming pool, and a good restaurant with good breakfast and diner with live music which we really liked. What I really like, and a BIG example for everyone, that there is almost NO plastic. They sell you a reusable water bottle and you can use free drinking water all day! And no plastic straws.

This pousada is very clean and simple, and an excellent value. Our room was like a small apartment, it had all the conveniences. Our host brought a delicious breakfast to our room, we were very happy with it. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing after being at the beach all day. There are several good restaurants nearby. The town of Sao Miguel is modest but it has a world-class beach. I recommend this pousada to all travelers. The owner is very kind, friendly and helpful.

Julia has a wonderful energy, so welcoming. the house is one of the cleanest places I've ever been in my life, in the best way. Wonderful breakfast. It's so good to see someone create the best version of what a place could be and then be invited to treat it like home.
