I was there for a couple of nights. The place was clean, with towels and a private toilet. It was easy to get there and the person who was in charge was really nice and kind. Extra nice thing, they have tea or coffee in the morning and evening (for the "once"). Also they have jelly and eggs if we want to use them for free. We only had to get our own bread.

Sandrita's hostal is far beyond any hostal or B&B experience. I loved this cute house, Sandrita's and her partner hospitality and care for each and single guest's wellbeing, from hearthy breakfasts adjusted to any dietary restriction to customized travel tips. I met very nice group of people at this hostal and our shared evenings in the warm and cozy kitchen full of eucalyptus scents were like spending time with you friends and family, and will deeply stay in memory. The place is so clean and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. And the owners are around all the time with amazing recommendations for the island.

Cute cabin with a wood stove for heating. The wood stove worked very well and wood was restocked in the cabin each day. Beds are super cozy with lots of blankets to keep you warm. Great views of the bay. Enjoyed viewing the birds and the bay upon waking each morning. Great hot water shower without waiting for water to heat up. Need a car to get to this location but it is only a short drive to Castro. Nice and quiet area. Would have stayed here longer had my itinerary allowed.
