The whole apartment is located on top of the restaurant. An excellent Dominican or Continental breakfast is served at the restaurant. The apartment is enormous and fits big groups. The AC works pretty well, so you are never feeling the extreme heat, especially at night. They offer a tour to Cayo Arena which I recommend because it is for your group only, making it a private experience. Overall, our whole group was more than satisfied with Robert and his team's service during our stay.

Located in Cabarete, a 5-minute walk from Kite Beach, Kibayo Cabarete Boutique Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

Our stay at this condo in Ocean Point on Kitebeach was nothing short of fantastic. Having stayed at other units within this property before, this one stood out as the best. Recently renovated, it boasts excellent amenities and is incredibly well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The crown jewel of this condo is undoubtedly its expansive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. Complete with lounge chairs, a large dining table, and a spacious sectional sofa, it provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. What makes this property truly unique is its prime location and orientation. Situated right on Kitebeach, with all the kite schools and restaurants just a stone's throw away, it's the only property in the area that also enjoys natural protection from the wind due to its unique shoreline orientation. This makes it an ideal choice for both kite enthusiasts and those seeking a tranquil beach experience. Moreover, the condo is incredibly family-friendly with a warm community vibe. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from excellent and responsive communication to thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of local fruits, coffee filters, and a starter pack of toiletries. These details truly made a difference compared to many other condos we stayed at in the past. We can't wait to return to this condo!
