Amazing rooms, super comfy beds and great location. Not quite in the city center which makes it more quiet and relaxed. The breakfast is really delicious!! And the best thing was Hamza, the host. He's so welcoming, kind and warm. He's really making sure that you feel comfortable and great at his place. We were sick so he even helped us with getting meds from the pharmacy and was constantly checking in on us. He was really going out of his way to make us get better. Thank you so much for everything again Hamza, you're incredible!

Our stay at Nala Narty was nothing short of exceptional and truly became the highlight of our trip to Egypt. We originally arrived in Aswan planning to board a Nile cruise, which was unexpectedly canceled the night we arrived. What could have been a major setback turned into a blessing in disguise, thanks to Sherif, the incredible host and owner of Nala Narty. Sherif went above and beyond to help us completely replan our trip—from arranging activities to sharing local insights—and ensured that our experience in Aswan was not only salvaged, but far exceeded our expectations. We ended up doing all our sightseeing and excursions with Nala Narty as our base, and we’re so grateful we did. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and deeply connected with nature. It provided the perfect calm and relaxing atmosphere we needed. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious, and the care and hospitality we received made us feel completely at home. What started as a disruption to our plans turned into one of the most memorable parts of our entire journey. We left Aswan feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. We can’t recommend Nala Narty—and Sherif—enough.

Our stay at Dolly Kato was nothing short of magical. Nestled at the heart of a Nubian village, this property offers a genuine cultural immersion that is truly unforgettable. Watching the serene beauty of the Nile from our balcony was an experience we will cherish forever. The staff at Dolly Kato went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they were always ready to assist us. When we needed to leave early for a trip to Abu Simbel, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us. The range of activities they offer, such as the boat ride and the drive to Abu Simbel, were not only reasonably priced but also of high quality. One of the highlights of our stay was the Nubian party with live music hosted by the property. The lively atmosphere and the enchanting music made the evening an unforgettable experience.

What a special guest house. The house is huge and the gardens are special. The owner is super kind and friendly. He makes such a wonderful breakfast and truly cares about his guests. The welcome drink was so fresh too. Comfortable rooms and everything was clean. We recommend staying in Abu Simbel to see the sunrise and beat the crowds. Was a highlight of our trip. Good location, quick walk to town and to the Temple.

Everything was fantastic. The food, the service, the short day trips, the view, the peaceful surroundings. Pedro was also a fabulous guide/host, very responsive and helpful. We could have stayed there 3 days. It is such a wonderful place.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Sadly we were so tired to get the full experience and hangout with everyone after sunset, but the staff will make you feel right at home and are incredibly kind. Great AC, 5 min walk from ferry, amazing breakfast. All around perfect.
