Close to Egyptian museum and Public promenade. You can take Uber scooter to Khan Al Khalili, Al Moez street. All of the staffs are very active and helpful. They always make sure that you will get breakfast or not and for room cleaning after day 2. I suggest you to keep in touch with the staffs in Hotel Whatsapp. Special thanks to Walied and Ereny who were ready to answer all of my questions and help me on anything I asked for. The rooms are big and clean , pillows and bed and blanket are comfortable, it's quiet at night so I can sleep well everyday. You can order food delivery with Talabat app. For taxi I use Uber and don't forget the tips 😅

In over 20 years of travel I seldomly met a team that's so dedicated to customer service as Travelholic's team! I had a few things I needed during my stay and always received immediate feedback / support. I totally felt at home, actually barely left the apartment to catch up on work after a busy Egypt trip. It was the perfect place for what I needed! I sleep great, mattress super comfy. I can't recommend this place enough if you need a real quiet home in Cairo!

It was truly a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and always trying to assist if you needed anything. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet. Excellent breakfast, central safe location next to The Ministry of Trade, or so it appears. The staff was great. Aya is pleasant, welcoming and empathetic. When I needed help with an embarrassing situation she cleverly knew how to navigate it and make me feel safe. Jalal knew how to sell me on the idea of going on a guided tour to Alexandria, which turned out great. Especially the tour guide was really good at her job. So, that means I recommend the tours organized at the hostel as well! The most memorable part of my trip to Egypt was making friends at my hostel, and making friends throughout the city.
