Quite location absence of noises. We arrived by car late at night, extremely tired on our way to Tbilisi, and decided to stop and rest. We stumbled upon this place by chance — breakfast was included, and there was free parking. Despite the late hour, the host Anna personally welcomed us. Instead of one room, she kindly gave us two for the price of one!!! We were even treated to some wine, and she didn’t charge us anything. In the morning, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite. For the price, this is a great option if you're traveling by car. The area is quiet and peaceful, with fresh air — we slept without air conditioning and with the window open. Surprisingly, it was very calm and silent at night. I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend this place. The cottage was very comfortable with everything I needed, and I slept well every night I stayed here. The cottages are located on a large estate surrounded by grapevines and rolling hills - it is absolutely gorgeous. There is a nice main dining area with lounge chairs to relax. The host Ana and her husband are very kind and genuine people - Ana went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I will be dreaming of the breakfasts for a long time to come. So generous and thoughtfully prepared by Ana. I really recommend to stay here if you are visiting the area.
