We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.

The only bad thing about the hotel was that I was not informed in advance that the pool was inactive until next month. Although the pool was great ! They could work on their breakfast buffet and add currency exchange services. The staff were great, the hotel was clean, well designed, overall great experience

Incredible place and the staff are incredible. So friendly and always willing to help. The views from the room were fantastic and I will definitely be staying there again in the future. Lots of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep of the hotel and the food and drinks at the hotel are well priced too.

Booked this location as I needed to stay relatively close to King's Park Rugby Pitches Check in process was seamless even though we arrived past 12am Room was larger than what you would normally get in HK. Worth what you pay for Had hotel breakfast and it was a sumptuous spread. Loads of different options were available and they even had non-dairy options for latte :)

Standing in Central Kowloon, the Langham Hong Kong features a 3 Michelin-star restaurant, T'ang Court and a rooftop pool. It is a 5-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.

Our room is refurbished style and they are really spacious and clean. The location is excellent, walking distance to the harbour and shopping malls
