Wondeful facilities! very tidy and lots of extras. Staff went above and beyond even though it was midnight which was amazing. Just what we needed after a long travel day. Favourite stay in South Korea!

The gentleman who was downstairs when we checked it was very nice. The place was clean. The breakfast in the morning (toast, jelly, boiled eggs, mandarins) was very nice. The room was comfortably warm. We were there to hike Woraksan and this was a good location for it, it wasn't far to the park so we were able to take a taxi.
