I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to stay if you visit Žabljak. The room was comfy and also has great views. The location is very central with good restaurants, supermakets quite closeby. The host was also super nice. She's very responsive and always there if you need any assistance. The bathroom is shared and is very clean! You also get bathing towels, bed lines for your stay. Couple of tips : - Always put the key half way and rotate to lock/unlock the rooms - When you don't have entrance door key, just make sure to let the host know what time you will come if you reach late like after 10pm. This would hugely help the host to not worry about you arrival. I will definitely stay here in my future trip to Žabljak!

Our stay here was nothing short of magical. We arrived to find the little katuns cozy and welcoming, with a crackling fire already prepared to keep us warm — such a simple but deeply thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The cabin had everything we needed. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Great location. There were amazing views of the mountains and there is a lovely outdoor area with lots of areas to sit and relax. A great place to enjoy nature and rest.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The place is spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight for us was fireplace, it creates the most magical atmosphere with the crackling fire and the scent of burning wood. During the winter, the house is perfectly warm. Every room has its own heater, including the bathroom, and there’s always plenty of hot water. After a long day of skiing, coming back to a cozy, warm house like this is just perfect. The location is ideal — peaceful, surrounded by forest and nature, with a stunning view of the night sky full of stars. The yard is huge, great for kids or pets to run and play safely. Even with heavy snowfall, the road was well-maintained, and we had no problems driving up to the house without using snow chains. The hosts, Andjela and her lovely family (especially her grandmother who greeted us so warmly), were incredibly kind and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. There’s even a lake nearby, which makes the place beautiful all year round. If you love nature, peace, and quality family time, this house is an absolute gem. Highly, highly recommended!

Cute, comfortable cabin in the nicest nature setting. Quite, away from it all, yet super close, too. Andrea (the host) is amazing. She was a quick and good communicator, was helpful in helping me make my way to the cabin in the dark, have me great ideas for restaurants, and had a for going in the wood stove so I arrived to a toasty cozy room upon arrival. And she was super helpful even AFTER I left with finding things. And, the parking was right in front (sometimes hard to find traveling around Albania).
