Everything was above my expectations 😍 the room is spacious, super clean, comfortable, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The view is stunning. The location is walking distance to the ski resort. The owner, the receptionist, and the waiter were so kind and helpful. They welcomed us with a drink and fresh fruits. They helped us with transportation going back to Batumi. The breakfast was good.

Delightfully playful and thoughtful touches abound in the room, making it super cozy and comfortable. The building itself is old but thoroughly modern inside the rooms. The bed was a dream and the linens and towels were lovely. I slept like a log.. Bathroom is great, but the toilet might be a little snug if you're a large person. It was fine for me. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Liana, the hostess and owner, is super friendly, very helpful with tips on where to go and she speaks perfect English. Their resident dog Bubli is incredibly sweet and calm if she's not out exploring. There is a lovely garden area with shaded seats and tables in several places, perfect for a relaxing time. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea supplied at no extra cost, a boon for early morning risers like me. Location is great, very close to all the sites, lots of restaurants and bars. I absolutely loved my stay here and so will you..

I stayed in Gyumri for one night, and I'm so glad I chose to stay at the Kotun guesthouse. The location is very central -- less than 10 minutes to downtown on foot -- the accomodations are clean and modern, and the guests were all very friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future and can't recommend it enough!

Extremely nice little apartment, just like in the pictures. Perfectly suitable for 3 people, the upper deck and the ladder is made of strong metal bars. The bed is really comfortable, the bathroom is nice, everything is super clean. Armine is a very friendly lady, who gives you a lot of good advice about Gyumri if you ask for it. The price is also great and the place is located close to the center, so it is simply brilliant. Highly recommended!
